Description.

Cobalt blue on white porcelain with underglaze anhua (hidden decoration). On the base is a five-clawed dragon, flying among clouds and chasing a flaming pearl, which is executed in underglaze blue within a double circle.

The outside of the bowl is decorated with a large scene. It depicts strong waves and dragons in reserve with anhua decoration inside. In addition, there is a ruyi border on the rim. The inner part is also decorated in underglaze cobalt blue. It has eight dragon medallions and in the center a double circle with dragons inside and anhua decoration in the background. Finally, it has a decorative border next to the rim on the inside.
