18kt gold cufflinks with US coins and colored gems

Made of 18kt yellow gold, consisting of US “2 1/2 dollar” coins with indigenous effigies, dated 1913-1915. Each coin features delicate setting work with small colored gems decorating the figure's feather headdress. Clasp with oval bar hinged by double chain.
