A tianqiuping red-enameled vase, Qing dynasty

Porcelain vase, "Tianqiuping" (天球瓶) shape, with a globular profile vessel, a tall, stylized neck, and no foot. It is enamelled on the outside in monochromatic red and the inside and base in white. The base features a square mark of six Qianlong characters "大清乾隆年制" in blue enamel in the center.
