“Bank of China” banknote set, 20th century

Set of six paper banknotes issued by the Bank of China as Foreign Exchange Certificates, in denominations of 5, 10, 50 and 100 yuan. The front features illustrations of Chinese landscapes, and the back has inscriptions in English regarding their validity and circulation.
