Blue and white porcelain wine jug, ‘Flowers and Beasts’ style, Yuan dynasty

Small porcelain wine jug with a pear-shaped body, curved spout and ear handle. The surface is painted in cobalt blue with a decoration of scrolls and bouquets of lotus flowers. The lid, matching the handle, is crowned by a modelled beast figure. Restoration can be seen on the lid.
