Bronze incense burner ‘Elephants’, with Xuande seal

Bronze piece with a golden brown patina. It has a circular body supported by three elephant head-shaped legs, carefully modelled with spread ears and curved tusks, ending in a coiled trunk that acts as a foot or support. The base bears a four-character seal ‘宣德年制’.
