Brooch “Butterfly” in 18k gold with mother-of-pearl and diamonds

Butterfly brooch, made in 18k gold. The central piece is composed of a motif carved in mother-of-pearl, which reproduces a butterfly. The upper part is decorated with a ribbon and gold leaves, set in grané with small brilliant-cut diamonds.
