Carved jade ornament ‘Mythical Beast’, Ming style

A light-coloured jade ornament with beautiful reddish-golden veins. It has an irregular profile and a hollow interior, slightly resembling the morphology of archer's rings. The exterior is adorned with reliefs depicting a mythical beast with a long tail and sturdy legs, flying among ruyi clouds. 

With custom-made box.
