Carved stone seal ‘Dragon’, Qing dynasty

Square stone seal, carved from a stone veined in cream and tan tones. The upper surface is decorated in bas-relief with a dragon coiled among stylised clouds. The base features a bas-relief seal with traces of red wax, consisting of four characters in sigillary script.
