Ceramic vase with flambé glaze “Flowers,” marked Qianlong

Ovoid porcelain vessel with a wide mouth, covered with a flambé glaze combining shades ranging from blood red to purple and blue. The only decorative element is a row of five-petal flower appliqués running along the shoulder of the vessel. The base bears a six-character stamp reading “大清乾隆年制.”
