Chinese painting “Bats and Peaches,” signed Wang Wu

Ink and pigments on silk, on brocade fabric backing. The composition depicts an old tree trunk with peach tree branches laden with fruit hanging from it, accompanied by two bats in flight. In the lower right margin is the inscription ‘戌寅秋王武’, next to the red seal ‘王武之印’.
