Enameled porcelain "Hulu" vase, Jiaqing mark

Pumpkin-shaped vase decorated with enamels. The background is beige with the design outlined in black and filled with reddish overglaze enamel. The lower part is square in profile, with rounded corners, covered with lobed cartouche designs with landscapes inside and surrounded by lattice elements under a ruyi band. The upper border represents curled lotuses. On the base is a Jiaqing mark "大明嘉靖年制" in blue enamel. The enamel has a patina and no cracks are observed.
