Ethnic Bagor sculpture, ‘Reptile’, Guinea, 20th century

Carved and polychromed wood. It has an elongated shape, imitating the morphology of a reptile with a scaled body, made up of coloured diamonds, and a sharp head with almond-shaped eyes.  It is labelled ‘Kalahari artesanado S.L.’.
