Gilt bronze, red and blue polychrome, patina and wear.

Representations of Sakyamuni Buddha attaining enlightenment are the most important in Buddhist iconography. This statue, in the artistic style of Tibetan Buddhism, is seated in the 'bhumisparsha mudra' position, touching the ground on a double lotus base, and wearing a robe with one shoulder uncovered. The cloth is close to the body, thin and with carved edges, showing floral patterns and rice grains in relief. Finally, it falls to the front in the form of scrolled scrolls.

The expression reflects wisdom and serenity along with its attributes: large ears and a tall headdress with curls, which is polychrome blue. On the forehead is a five-pointed crown decorated with cabochons and polychromed in red on the back. Behind the ears fall two cloths, with jewels and cabochons, which rest on the shoulders.  The shoulders and chest are robust and the fingers and toes are relaxed with a harmonious posture. On the base of the figure is an engraved 'dharma' seal.
