Glazed ceramic meiping vase, ‘Nature’, Yaozhou kiln

Stoneware vase covered with olive green celadon glaze with fine crackling. The body is profusely decorated with carved and incised floral and plant motifs arranged in overlapping horizontal bands. Yaozhou kiln style. Song dynasty (960–1279) or later.
