Jade figure ‘Turtle’, Qing dynasty

Cream-coloured jade pendant with dark veins, shaped like a turtle shell. The back is engraved with an interlaced diamond pattern. The flat underside is engraved with several characters in an archaic style. It has a central hole so it can be suspended.
