Large painted silk thangka, Korea, 19th-20th century

Executed in oil on silk. It depicts Buddha seated in a mountain landscape next to a woman holding a flower in her hands. It is a unique piece due to its size and quality. It presents some inscriptions in the lower part next to the right corner.
