Automaton music box with 8 songs of the brand "Qualité-excelsior" No. 6071. The mechanism has a dotted cylinder and double comb to play the songs. This combination of combs playing together is called "Sublime Harmonie". A numbered indicator refers to the melody as it appears in the program. The inside of the lid has two circular Excelsior plates and in the center a program with the songs and titles, mainly operatic. In this one it indicates the brand and the reference number.

The box is made of veneered wood with marquetry work on the lid. It is raised by flat foot supports. The interior is ebonized and has a glass lid for the mechanism. It features a lock and two carrying handles. In good condition and in working order, although with wear.
