Mythical carved jade beast, Eastern Zhou Dynasty

Carved green jade. Figure of a wild boar, used as a pendant, with a hole in the tail. The body is elongated and stands on legs, folded under the body. The face shows large tusks. In good condition with stains and reddish patina "沁色" (qìn sè) produced by antiquity.
