Pair of wooden stools, 20th century

A pair of carved wooden stools with marble seats. They stand on four elongated claw-shaped legs that curve towards the top, which is decorated with carved and openwork mouldings with floral motifs and large heads of mythical beasts with long hair. The seat, which has a lobed profile and is decorated with small carved beads, has a circular piece of light-coloured marble with reddish veining in the middle.
