Porcelain vase with tea glaze, with Xuantong mark

Porcelain vase in the shape of a ‘chestnut’. It has a short flared foot, on which is a globular body surmounted by a long neck. It is decorated with a beautiful greenish-brown ‘tea glaze’, with a subtly granulated and satin finish.

The foot bears an incised six-character seal 大清宣统年制 inscribed in a rectangular cartouche.
