Set of 18 carved jade plaques, Qing dynasty

Light-coloured carved jade with reddish and golden flecks. The 18 pieces are rectangular in shape, with a thin rim and rounded edges, and are covered with incised lakes, framed by fretwork borders. It shows wear due to age. It comes in a custom-made box.
