Shoushan seal ‘Landscape with Lotus Leaves’, Qing dynasty

Shoushan stone seal in reddish-orange tones with dark natural inclusions. The upper part is decorated with a detailed carving of fish and crabs amidst lotus leaves, symbols of longevity. The seal retains the natural lustre of the stone and is inscribed on the oval base in calligraphic seal style. Qing dynasty (1644-12) or later.
