Jaume de Scals , born in Jijona ( Xixona ) of Alicante province in 1913. Died in 1978. He studied Fine Arts at the Academy of Fine Arts of San Carlos .
Ceramist profession, he specialized in medieval Valencian ceramics and " socarrats " ( type used in medieval coffered tiles )
