RULES FOR THE BUYER.

1. Identification In order to participate and bid on the different Auctions it is essential to register as a buyer and accept these General Conditions and the privacy policy of Darley Auctions, providing the following documentation, which must be authentic and valid. For any falsehood or manipulation, Darley Auctions will cancel the registered buyer.

-Particulars: Photocopy of your ID or legal document, valid and provided with a photograph. 2. The exhibition and cataloging of the auction. 3. Bid on the auction. If several bids of equal amount are received for the same lot, priority is given to the oldest one. Written bids will be defended by the auctioneer or the staff of the Room up to the limit set therein, trying to award the offered lot at the lowest possible price. The Chamber reserves the right to refuse written bids received four 4 hours prior to the auction, without any justification or explanation. 6. Commission as intermediary. The amount or commission to be paid by the awardee or buyer to Darley Auctions for the concept of mediator in the operation once the auction auction or auction takes place is 22% plus VAT. The costs of advice, packaging, storage and transportation will be paid by the successful tenderer or buyer before the removal of the goods acquired at Darley Auctions.

7. Payment methods. The successful bidder or buyer must pay and withdraw the lots purchased by him during the 7 business days after his auction. As for the damages that are caused in the awarded lots, after said 7-day period, they will be the sole responsibility of the winner or buyer, unless they have expressly agreed to contract insurance through Darley Auctions. The payment of the awarded lots will be free of charge for the mediator and may be made by:

8. Delivery. Darley Auctions will only proceed to the delivery of the awarded lots once these, and the amounts accrued on account of them, have been paid in full.

9. Storage. The buyer or awardee must withdraw the awarded lots once they have been paid in full. If the delay in the collection of the lots exceeds fifteen 15 calendar days after the award day, storage and custody expenses of € 2 per day will be accrued.

10. Shipping, collection and transportation. Once the batch payment is made, you can choose between the following shipping options:

  • Collect the lot personally at Darley Auctions. You may send to a duly accredited third party by signed authorization, identity document and copy of the invoice for the payment of the lot / s to be collected at the Darley Auction facilities. If you choose to pick it up yourself, it is important that you organize it as soon as possible since, after 15 calendar days from the day after the auction, Darley Auctions charges a fee of two € 2 per day per lot.   • Home delivery: Auctions Darley will manage the transportation of the lot, advising you on the best shipping method (postal or courier or transport) with the most suitable company for it. Packaging, shipping and insurance will always be borne by the Buyer. Once the Lot leaves the Facilities, Darley Auctions is not responsible for their condition and, therefore, the Purchaser will be solely responsible for any damage that the Lot could suffer during this phase of transport but, if desired, may contract through Darley Auctions an insurance to cover the possible damages that the Lot could suffer during the transport, assuming the Buyer the cost of said coverage.

11. Export permits and licenses. The successful bidder or buyer is responsible for obtaining and providing, where appropriate, at their sole expense and expense, legal and administrative documentation, licenses, Cites and permits of any kind, including those of import or export, which may be required by the authorities. public and administrations, whether national or international, for the legal transport and commercialization of the objects or lots that have been awarded or acquired in Darley Auctions. 12. Law on prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing. (LAW 10/210). 13. Modification of General conditions or standards. Darley Auctions reserves the possibility to modify at any time and without prior notice, the content of these General Conditions, as well as the Service and any aspect of the design, presentation and / or configuration of the Platform. These modifications are applicable for Online Users from the moment they are published on the Platform and for Presence Users since the new text of the General Conditions is made available to them.
