On average, in less than 48 hours after the departure from our facilities, the client will receive (via MRW, TNT, FedEx or DSV) their awarded lot in perfect conditions. Otherwise, we may try to claim the damages to the transport company. To do so, the customer must have had notified the courier, signed the disagreement on the delivery note and taken images of the damaged package. To avoid this unlikely situation, Darley Auctions recommends the best packaging for each type of shipment. If the client is not satisfied with the recommended packaging and chooses to use another one, Darley Auctions will not be obliged to intervene in the damages' claim.
We have great specialists and professionals to guarantee that all the products auctioned in Darley Auctions are in the exact conditions reflected in our photographies and that they comply with the descriptions indicated in the cataloging of said item. No tricks, cheats nor deceptions. If this were not to be the case, Darley Auctions guarantees the return of the money within the established margin of 15 days after the client receives the item. However, if the clients decide to renounce to their awarded lot without justifiable reasons, he/she must pay 30% of the awarded price and any other future purchases on our platforms will be denied. Otherwise, legal actions will be taken.

To expedite the shipment, the client must send us the payment proof by email (email@example.com). To correctly identify their payment, the client indicates either their full name, the invoice number or the awarded lot number when completing the transfer description.
If the client chooses this method, they will access the secure website of our financial institution Banc de Santander, where they will be asked for their card number and expiration data.
Other than a payment confirmation, Darley Auctions does not recieve any other card details. Our vitual POS (Point of Sale) belongs to Banco de Santander, thus it is homologated to the protocols of Secure Electronic Commerce CES and to the security systems of Visa ("VERIFIED BY VISA") and those of MasterCard ("MASTERCARD SEGURECODE").
For the clients peace of mind, Banco de Santander guarantees absolute security since both the client's personal data and card details are encrypted by the financial entity through theirsecure SSL server. Given the payment data is directly entered on the bank's virtual POS (Point of Sale), no record is left on our database.
For this reason, we guarantee that this payment method is safe and effective.
