From it hangs a chain supporting a cap-shaped element formed by four petal-like structures, two of which are adorned with small brilliant-cut diamonds pavé-set. This element holds a tear-shaped smoky quartz with a total weight of 33.23 ct (2). Post and clutch fastening.
