Description.
Spherical bead made of natural agate, characterised by an intense contrast of bands in shades of brown, beige and black, typical of Dzi amulets. Its surface is finely polished, showing natural wear and patina that denote its age. The central hole allows it to be used as a pendant. Dzi charms, with their deep spiritual symbolism, were valued as talismans of good fortune and protection. Tang Dynasty (618-907) or later.
