Description.
A devotional necklace comprising a large, spindle-shaped central Dzi bead with gold-plated silver finials, accompanied by a spherical three-eyed bead and four tubular beads featuring a tiger’s tooth design. The pieces are made of brown agate with crisp white geometric engravings and gold-plated metal settings, strung on an adjustable cord. Liao Dynasty (916–1125) or later.
Sizes: Main Dzi 58.5 x 13.3 mm; tiger-tooth beads approx. 13.5 x 10.5 mm; three-eyed bead 11.5 x 10.5 mm.
