Description.
Carved from milky agate with reddish veins, in the shape of a fish with a serrated dorsal fin. It is decorated with incised lotus stems and flowers. The details, executed in bas-relief, take advantage of the natural colour variations in the stone. Motif associated with prosperity. Qing dynasty (1644–1912)
