Description.
A slightly oval-shaped amber bead with a polished surface and a central perforation. It has an intense yellow tone with natural reddish and brown veins, typical of ancient amber. Its irregular shape and smooth texture evoke its traditional use as an amulet or decorative element in Tibetan necklaces. Qing dynasty (1644-1912) or later.
