Description.
Made of white jade with extensive areas of reddish-ochre tones. It has a rectangular base, crowned by the figure of an upright duck, with its neck extended and its head tilted to one side. The plumage is detailed with fine incised lines. The base has incised characters in seal style for functional use. It comes with a pedestal and a custom-made box lined with traditional fabrics. Qing dynasty (1644–1911).
