Description.
Oil on panel. The work presents a romantic, classically styled genre scene featuring a young lady depicted full-length in the center of the composition. The female figure wears a long period dress in ochre and gold tones with a light-colored shawl or scarf draped over her shoulders, while holding a striking bouquet of wildflowers. To her right sits a hunting dog with a whitish coat. The scene is set in a rural outdoor environment.
