Description.
Bronze censer with a narrow circular base, on which is placed a flat body with a rounded profile, which is slightly tapered at the top and ends in a wide mouth. The body is flanked by two handles in relief, in the shape of imposing beasts with intense eyes, broad snouts and long horns on the top of their heads. The jaws are shown open, and from them emerge two curved half-handles that complete the composition. At the base is a nine-character seal ‘崇祯乙亥云台主人制’ in relief. Shows wear due to age.
