Bronze decorative plate, Japan, Meiji, 19th-20th century

Patinated bronze with other metals. It is decorated with an engraved background scene depicting a river and a boat, inside a lady and a fisherman, on whose shore there is a large tree and two characters surrounded by flowers and vegetation. The characters represent a goddess, a fisherman, a wise man and a traveler. In good condition with patina. No marks are observed.
