Description.
Dzi bead (གཟི།) with a tubular shape and barrel profile that widens in the centre. It has a dark brown background with a white pattern. The decoration consists of a central motif of circular eyes, flanked by multiple parallel longitudinal bands running across the piece. It shows patina due to ageing. Tang Dynasty (618-906).
