Description.
Reddish-brown carved jade figure with cream and gold patina covering the body. It depicts a bixie resting on a flat base, with its head raised and looking back, crowned with beautiful antlers, a robust body, and bent legs. It is decorated with reliefs of scrolls and sinuous lines that detail the image. Tang Dynasty (618-907)
