Description.
Made of bluish-green jade with areas of brownish patina. The piece has an elongated shape with five decreasing globular sections that simulate the body of a larva or worm. It displays schematic features with large eyes and antennae. It shows patina and wear due to age. Hongshan culture (approx. 4000–3000 BC) or later.
