Description.
Made of reddish jade with a profuse whitish patina. The piece has a trapezoidal shape with a curved base and two upper perforations. It is decorated with incised and relief details, forming spirals, a taotie mask and a small face in the upper area of the ‘Sun God’. Liangzhu culture (approx. 3300–2300 BC) or later.
