Description.
Mottled olive-green jade, with an extensive reddish oxidation patina. It depicts the classic dragon-pig motif, with a ‘C’-shaped silhouette, a prominent snout with fine wrinkles, large almond-shaped eyes and erect ears. Hongshan culture (c. 4700–2900 BC) or later.
