Description.
Ritual tripod vessel, incense burner type, finely carved from a single piece of pale yellow nephrite jade. Its shape, inspired by archaic bronzes, features a globular body supported by three zoomorphic legs with sharp claws and two rectangular handles on a rim finished with scrolls. The belly is decorated with a central border featuring sinuous archaic-style incised dragons accompanied by stylized scrolls.
The piece is accompanied by a gemological certificate issued by Hong Kong Kowloon Jade & Jewellery Laboratory LTD in 2023. SC198625.
