Description.

Carved jade, pale green in colour with reddish-brown and ochre areas. The piece has a large rectangular base, topped by a figure of an upright eagle. The meticulous bas-relief carving detailing the plumage of the wings and tail, as well as the powerful expression of the curved beak, is particularly noteworthy.
