Description.
A beautiful figure made from carved animal carving, brown with brown and amber veining. It shows the free-standing image of a beautiful lady, with a stylised body that leans gently to one side, creating a subtle curve. The young lady is dressed in a long traditional dress, knotted at the hips by a long ribbon that falls to her feet and is entwined with the plumage of the bird that accompanies her. Her expression is serene, with narrowed eyes and lips in a subtle smile, while her long hair is tied back in a high bun adorned with fine pendants. Qing Dynasty (1644-1912) or later.
