Description.
Buddha's head carved from dark-toned lava stone. The face has serene features with half-closed eyes and a slight smile, a symbol of introspection and wisdom. The piece has simple lines and compact volumes. The elongated ears, typical of Buddhist iconography, are present, framing the face. The surface shows traces of patina and age-related wear.
