Description.
Carved turquoise, with a vibrant blue hue and marked veins and natural inclusions in shades of ochre and brown. The piece is shaped like a flat disc with a circular hole in the centre, decorated on both sides with a complex geometric pattern. Han Dynasty (206 BC – 220 AD) or later.
