Description.
A glazed ceramic censer with a globular body supported on three short legs and two vertical ear-shaped handles at the ends of the lip. The surface is covered with a characteristic greenish “Ge yao” glaze, over which there is a marked crackle-work in a dark-coloured network. Remnants of the firing supports remain on the base. Qing Dynasty (1644-1912) or later.
