Description.
Ceramic censer. It has a rounded body supported by three stylised cylindrical legs. The mouth is slightly turned outwards, flanked by two semi-circular, elongated handles with a smooth, curved profile. The glaze shows predominant bluish tones, with spots ranging from red to purple, the result of the interaction of the copper during firing. The feet of the tripod are dark brown, creating a subtle contrast.
This glaze, characteristic of Jun pottery, is known for its randomness and chromatic variability, making it a highly prized finish for its unpredictable nature and organic beauty.
Size: 23.7 x 16.9 x 14.8 cm
