Description.

Image of the Infant Jesus. Inside stands a free-standing figure of the Infant Jesus in a standing position. He is dressed in a long christening gown, richly decorated with lace, smocking and vertical embroidery. His right hand is raised in a gesture of blessing, and above his head he wears a openwork gold and silver halo symbolising his divinity. The ensemble is housed within a neo-Gothic chapel, characterised by its pointed arch and openwork upper finials featuring tracery motifs, and crowned by a cross.

It features front and side glass panels that protect the figure from dust and deterioration. The figure shows slight damage due to the passage of time and has undergone restoration work following breakage.

Size: 112 x 27 x 34 cm
