Chinese painting “Amitabha,” signed by Prince Zhuang

Ink and pigments on silk, on a brocade fabric frame. Depicts Amitabha standing on clouds and lotus flowers, with a circular halo and hands joined in a gesture of veneration; he is dressed in a red and blue cloak. At the top is a ritual canopy among polychrome clouds. In the lower right margin is the inscription “和硕庄亲王發心诚造” next to the stamp “庄亲王印.”
