Description.
Ink and coloured pigments on paper. The composition shows two butterflies fluttering over delicate wildflowers in a natural setting. On the left margin is the inscription ‘癸末仲夏月小曼陆眉写于海上’ alongside two red seals, “陆眉” and ‘小曼’. Lu Xiaoman (1903–1965).
